Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-12
This Policy explains refunds for DailyMark subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record, your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, and refunds are issued by Paddle together with us. Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights or any refund you may be entitled to under Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is not charged. You can evaluate the Service on the Free plan before upgrading, so most usage does not involve any payment.
2. Subscription charges
The Pro plan is billed in advance monthly or yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. The price and billing period are shown at checkout.
3. Refund eligibility
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from your purchase. By starting your subscription you ask us to provide the Service immediately; if you then withdraw within the 14-day period, you receive a refund reduced proportionately for the time already provided, as permitted by law.
Beyond statutory rights, we consider refund requests within 14 days of any charge — including renewal charges — on a case-by-case basis, typically where the Service was not usable. Paddle, as merchant of record, may also issue refunds under its own Buyer Terms.
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation does not require a reason.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us at support@dailymark.me with your account email and the charge date, or use the receipt link from Paddle. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel from the billing page in your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us or Paddle first so we can resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback does not affect your statutory rights; however, fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension of the account.
